Just taken delivery of my Lotus Elise.. On entering MS supercars I was greeted by Andy, the Jedi Master of all that is Lotus, which for me was so comforting.. I could have listened to his knowledge about these cars all day long. No sales pressure (unlike some of the other dealerships I've been to). I would ask anybody thinking of purchasing a Lotus to speak with this guy first, over 25 years of working with Lotus, and his approachable manner can not be rivaled by any other trader.. Cheer Andy

Our first experience buying a 911 and what a little gem it is. Martin was probably as passionate about this car as its previous owner. He handed over all its documents and media clips that it has attached it, we wouldn't have known it had such memorabilia, if it hadn't been for these guys doing their homework! We couldn't have been more impressed with the service we received, honest, straight talking and highly entertaining. All legal work was carried out in front of us..tax, log book etc. We would definitely recommend paying them a call if you are looking for something special. Who knows, we might be back for that Aston Martin one day!

Well what can I say 🤔 I’ve been in the trade for over 30 years and retired 2 years ago. When I first took over one main franchise in the past,the dealer principle said I spent far to long handing over my cars. Three years later the manufacturer started using our customer service as the it benchmark, especially after 4 previous mystery shops (all 100 percent, which was unheard of). You may think I’m waffling on a bit and feeling nostalgic, but there really is a moral to this story. From the minute I met Martin I knew he had the same values. In fact, it was the only time I’ve ever bought a car unseen, due mainly to his enthusiasm and honesty. I traveled a 700 mile round trip from Plymouth to Lincoln, yet I always knew it was never going to be a wasted journey. A week later I was travelling home with a beautiful 911 turbo in Colbalt Blue., exactly as it was described. Martin spends a lot of money on his warranty, protecting his customers investment. Unfortunately the issues I had with the car were not covered by his very comprehensive warranty. Under normal circumstances this would have been a major problem and a cause of a great deal of distress and cost. But being Martin, my worries were quickly eradicated and everything was fixed using his own money. I actually felt quite guilty owning a 17 year old Porsche and letting the dealer look after all of the cost. In fact the cost to him was well over £3000 and not once did he quibble over any of the small issues I had. So to cut a long story short, especially as I consider myself as being one of the most anal customers on the planet. I more than met my match when I came across Martin Sanchez. He really has built a fantastic specialist car company and so deserves to succeed, even in these unprecedented times. After knowing him and now being fortunate enough to call him a friend, I will never buy a car from anyone else. He has the type of values that unfortunately disappeared years ago in every other walk of life. As a side note, I see one person has left a negative comment about him. I’m afraid this only goes to show, that how ever well you bend over backwards to help, some people are what they are 😩 Keep up the fantastic work Martin and Adele and I will be up as soon as you find us a Blue Golf R. Had been window shopping for several months so when an excellent spec gen 2 Cayman S appeared almost on the doorstep I had to take a look. Wow - what a car in a1 condition and a file full of service history to match. Martin even managed to arrange an mot test first thing Mon.morning so we could collect the car that day. Fabulous service and I would not hesitate to recommend MS Supercars to anyone looking for something special.

I had been looking at Mazda MX5's for a little while but didn't want one with more miles on the clock than the Star ship Enterprise when I came across MS Supercars web site. Very nice metallic maroon one so a quick phone call, very interested in the car to which the reply was "so is the chap who's got it out on a test drive at the moment" gutted. If he doesn't want it I can call you back but have you seen the black one I have? quick look at the web site and there it was and even lower mileage. Straight back on the phone to Martin "I want that" Arranged to go down that Wednesday afternoon for a test drive and that was it, SOLD. Drove away that evening with a lovely black MX5 and a very big grin from ear to ear. That Friday off to Cornwall in it for a long weekend, great fun ran superb love it. Big thank you to Martin for a great car and one of the nicest people you could meet. If I win the lottery I will be back for the Red Porsche 911 Cheers Bob

Where to start? Having just made the 200 mile journey home in my new Mini John Cooper Works, I'm still grinning like an idiot! Not only am I over the moon with the car though, the whole process was a joy. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin (you might have to remind him he was going to put the kettle on though! 😂). Little things can make a big difference when buying a car and all the little things were done; new MOT even though it wasn't due and the assurance no advisories would be left as such (don't think there were any anyway), a top grade warranty, spanking new number plates and even going so far as to get some additional decals fitted after a sneaky phonecall from my gf let on it was my birthday! Martin even indulged my interest and showed me around his Ferrari 348 whilst I was there. I didn't feel like I was buying a car; no sleazy sales pitch, no pressure, no rush, no judgement (had that before!) just a good chat with a genuine, down to earth, honest bloke who has a passion for cars. I left MS Supercars feeling great for all the right reasons and I'd highly recommend them. For the record, I did get the coffee in the end. 😉 Thanks for everything Martin, wish you all the best. Still got a big smile on my face after visiting Ms Supercars in Lincoln after buying my mini cooper s in a beautiful champagne silver colour. We made the visit a couple of weeks ago and Martin very kindly opened up the showroom for me to buy my car on the Sunday when it was his day off. We actually bought the car there and then without even a test drive and also because I trusted Martin straight away because he's so up front and honest. I returned the following Saturday to pick up the car and drove it home I loved it. Unfortunately it had a slight problem and I rang Martin and he told me to bring it back and he would rectify the problem even if he had to pay it out of his own pocket. True to his word the fault was put right he topped up the fuel again because I had to take it back. He's not your usual car dealer, I've never had service like it with any other dealers. So if anyone wants an honest trustworthy car dealer to buy from Martin is your man. I fully recommend Ms Supercars in Lincoln. Thanks again Martin for all you've done and my car is perfect. Paul/Diane
